I am not
Contrary to popular thought, I did not get any older today. I do not have aching hips and back. And to be absolutely clear, I am not 28 today. Why is my nose getting longer?

My son,your nose may be growing but it is my body that still bears the proud scars of your arrival 28 years ago on a Saturday morning in Arizona. And I'm still proud. Happy birthday,
